Dickson County Fairground Policies
Dickson County Fairground provides an ADA accessible area for any patron requiring ADA seating, plus one guest. Disabled or elderly may utilize handicap parking at the entry gates.
4- Person Reserved VIP Pod SPECIAL: Allows for 4 people at the price of 3 people.
4-Person GA lawn ticket: One Ticket is valid for 4 people
2-Person GA lawn ticket: One Ticket is valid for 2 people
Single GA ticket: Valid for one person
Guests sitting in the same pod MUST arrive at the same time for entry. Tickets are only sold as either 4-person reserved pod, a 2-person lawn ticket, or a 4-person lawn ticket.
**There is ONE (1) ticket for each of these tiers**
For example: ONE (1) 4-person lawn ticket is valid for FOUR (4) people, ONE reserved pod ticket is valid for FOUR (4) people, and ONE (1) 2 person lawn ticket is valid for TWO (2) people.
Again, each person in your group MUST arrive at the same time for entry and be scanned in together. No Exceptions. Please plan accordingly and we will see you soon!
The following items are not permitted inside:
Animals (Service Animals are permitted)
Umbrellas (ponchos and raincoats are permitted in case of rain)
Tents, Pop Ups, Canopies of any type,
Chairs with canopies/tops, reclining chairs
Backpacks of any kind, including drawstring (Diaper Bags are permitted)
Car Seats (Strollers permitted)
Large purses or bags of any kind (Larger than 14”x14”x6”)(Diaper Bags are permitted)
Professional cameras/detachable lenses
Video and Audio recording devices/camera
Coolers over the 28 qt capacity
The following items are allowed inside:
Lawn Chairs : Guests may bring lawn chairs. Small lawn chairs or foldable camp chairs only. Canopy chairs not permitted. Chairs are not provided.
Coolers will be allowed but must follow the sizing guidelines (maximum size 28 qt)
Patrons entering must be properly dressed (including a shirt and shoes) and must remain clothed at all times within the venue.
Patrons should allow ample time for mandatory security procedures when entering. Security procedures may include a bag search or metal detection. Bags and purses can be no longer than 14”x14”x6” (diaper bags are permitted)
Firearms and Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Throwing any object at any time is strictly prohibited. Any person witnessed throwing a projectile of any size is subject to ejection from the venue.
Re-Entry is strictly prohibited during ticketed events.
Dickson County Fairgrounds is proud to provide a Smoke-Free/ Vape-Free concert experience for our guests.
***Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the designated smoking/ vaping area.***
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted inside the seating/ listening areas of the venue. This policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation.

ETix is the only authorized ticketing agent for Dickson County Fairgrounds. Patrons are encouraged to use caution if purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors or websites. The selling of tickets on or near the venue is strictly prohibited. Reselling of tickets is prohibited. We are not responsible for tickets sold by resellers or third parties.

Are coolers allowed?
Coolers that meet the 28qt maximum size guidelines are permitted. Any cooler over 28qt will not be permitted.
$25 cooler fee per cooler
Subject to inspection
Please no glass bottles
What are the food and drink options available?
There will be food and drink available to purchase from food trucks, concessions, and our sponsor, Zaxby’s.
Are children required to have tickets?
13 years of age or under gets in free with each paid ticket. One free 13 and under ticket allowed per paid admission.
What is your rain/ severe weather policy?
Concerts are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we may pause or delay the concert until severe weather passes. In the event of an emergency or severe weather, we have procedures in place to keep everyone safe. You may bring a poncho or raincoat. Umbrellas are not allowed.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds will be in the event of a cancellation. There may be a reschedule date offered.
Is there an ATM on site?
There is no ATM on site, however; credit and debit cards are accepted at the venue.
Is Dickson County Fairgrounds ADA compliant?

When do the gates open and when does the concert begin?
Festival gates open at 10am. Activities and local bands also begin at 10am
Concert gates will open at 4:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 6:00 p.m.
